Yeshiva Shalom Rav Yeshiva Shalom Rav, located in the Chernobyl Shul in the old city of Tzfat, is headed by Rav Rafael Weingot. It is English-speaking, and Chayim Zaklad learned there for a year and a half. The Yeshiva used to have a web site. |
